C. Kurak Custom Woodworking, Inc. is a custom cabinet and woodworking shop serving the Northeast Florida area since 2003. We are committed to building quality products with unsurpassed customer service for designers and homeowners. Our portfolio includes custom built designs for entertainment centers, built-in libraries, office spaces, display cabinets, fireplace mantels, niches, decorative veneering, and much more.

About Charles Kurak
As the owner of C. Kurak Custom Woodworking, I am an active member of both my local and my professional communities. A successful career in Computer Science for several decades, including two earned Master's Degrees and over a dozen technology patents, combined with several tours of duty in the US Navy as a computer professional and military leader, has given me some unique perspectives on technology as well as business. I understand the value of continuing education and networking in one's professional community. I also understand that by serving others I improve myself and my business.
I joined the Cabinet Makers Association (CMA) in 2004. The CMA is a professional organization dedicated to upholding the highest level of professionalism in the industry by providing its members with networking opportunities, continuing education, and ongoing professional development. In 2008, I was elected by my peers to serve on the CMA Board of Directors. In 2011, I was elected for a second three-year term on the Board. In 2012 I was elected to serve as the Vice President of the CMA Board of Directors.
I joined the Amelia Island-Fernandina Beach-Yulee Chamber of Commerce in 2004. The Island Chamber, as it is affectionately known by some, is active in ensuring the health of local businesses. Their concerns are many fold, including the welfare of the community, local businesses, and its employees. Membership and participation in "The Chamber" has afforded me many opportunities to serve and to learn about my community.
I joined the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors as an Affiliate Member in 2012. This is the area's professional association for licensed real estate agents.
